RIDI Corporation establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Policy") regarding users' personal information. This Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and how users can manage their personal information.

1. Overview

This Policy is created by the Company and provides information about how we collect, use, disclose, and protect users' personal information in relation to our short-form specialized OTT service (hereinafter "PIKKL"). However, if certain services operate individual privacy policies, those service-specific privacy policies shall apply.

Terms used in this Policy are defined as follows:

1. "Service" refers to all PIKKL-related services that can be used regardless of device (including PC, TV, mobile devices, and various wired/wireless devices)
2. "User" refers to any person who accesses the Company's internet platform for content transactions and uses or intends to use the content and services provided by the Company under applicable terms.

The Company will comply with laws and regulations applicable in countries where we officially conduct business (Republic of Korea, Japan) to safely process users' personal information, establish this Policy, ensure its thorough implementation by all Company personnel, and strive to protect personal information. This Policy may be revised or updated periodically, so please check regularly.

2. Personal Information Collection

The Company may collect and acquire the following personal information. When collecting personal information, we use appropriate means and, except where exempted by law, announce the purpose of use in advance or promptly notify or announce it to users after acquisition. For information obtained directly from users in writing (including electronic records), we specify this in advance.

• Account Information
  • Unique User ID (UID)
  • Additional information collected during social login connection:
    • Email address
    • Profile icon
    • Name
    • Connected platform information
  • Registration date and last access date
  • Device information: IP address, access country, language settings, operating system, app version
  • Payment information: Transaction history, held assets
  • Usage information: Viewing history, search history, notification settings, interaction data
  • Communications: Content collected when users communicate through PIKKL service (feedback submission, surveys, etc.). PIKKL also collects detailed information about communications sent to users via email, push notifications, or in-service messages, and information about users' interactions with these communications.

We collect personal information from the following sources:

• Direct collection from users: When registering for services, updating relevant items, contacting PIKKL, or responding to surveys.
• Automatic collection during service use: Automatically collecting account information, usage information, advertising information, device information, and communication category personal information related to PIKKL use.
• Collection from partners providing products and services used by users: May collect personal information in categories of personal details, payment information, usage information, device information, and network information from third parties (hereinafter "partners") providing services to access, pay for, or interact with our service.
